Synatra, Donggang's in-house oral-care brand, produces PBT double-tapered toothbrush filaments. This innovatively-designed dual-taper bristle material overcomes cleaning limitations of conventional single-tapered filaments. Different from single-sided tapered PBT on the market, both ends of each filament are precisely tapered synchronously to form ultra-soft fine tips on two sides, ideal for wide-head, high-density and high-frequency vibrating electric toothbrushes.
Manufactured from food-grade modified virgin PBT polyester chips with integrally compounded functional masterbatches, these filaments feature low water absorption. Their quick-drying efficiency is 30 % higher than ordinary bristles, inhibiting bacterial growth in humid toothbrush environments. Thanks to proprietary synchronous double-sided tapering technology, the overall tapering rate reaches ≥90 %. The ultra-soft-grade tip diameter is less than 0.01 mm with uniform and upright taper on both ends. It can penetrate into interdental spaces to remove dental plaque while sufficient root-section support prevents lodging over long-term use.
