Shenzhen Donggang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. wasestablished, formerly known as Shenzhen Petrochemical Donghong ChemicalFiber Company, focusing on the research and development, production, and salesof doll hair and chemical fiber products.

Expand product categories

From 2003 to 2007, the company's doll hair products had high market recognitionand user reputation in the industry, with the highest market share in the industry.

2008

Expand production capacity

In 2008, the company entered filament market and quickly seized the domestic and international filament markets with stable quality, rich varieties, strong research and development capabilities, and first-class service levels.

2011

Expansion

In 2011, in order to meet the demand for expanding production capacity, thecompany relocated to a new factory with an area of 30000 square meters andequipped with more than 30 automated production lines. The annual outputexceeded 8000 tons and a comprehensive quality management system wasestablished. All products have been tested and certified by authoritative institutions.

2020

Restructuring optimization

In 2020, the company applied the mature technology of tapered to toothbrushfilaments, continuously improved its independent research and developmentcapabilities, and successively launched a series of toothbrush filaments productsthat meet the needs of different customers, striving to become the best toothbrushfilaments manufacturer in China.

Q1: What products does the company mainly produce?
A: We are the source factory, specializing in various toothbrush bristles, industrial special bristles and hair strands, including PA612, PA66, PA46, PBT, PP and other multi-material products. We also provide antibacterial, temperature-sensitive and biodegradable functional bristles.
Q2: Are the bristles customizable?
A: Full-dimensional customization is supported. The raw material formula, bristle diameter hardness and rebound performance can be adjusted. Special processes such as irregular cross-section, rounding or sharpening, and segmented color matching can also be developed.
Q3: Can sample testing be provided? How long is the sample production cycle?
A: Sample service is supported. For regular products, the sample production speed is fast. For custom products with new formulas or special processes, we will evaluate the process and inform the accurate sample production time.
Q4: Is the product batch quality stable?
A: The factory has a complete full-process quality control system. We strictly control the bristle diameter tolerance, color and physical properties to reduce batch differences and ensure the stability of the product quality.
Q5: Do you accept small batch orders? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: We consider both small batch trial production and large batch supply. During the new product stage, small orders can be tested. After the product is finalized, we can provide long-term stable supply. The minimum order quantity is 200 kg.
