A1: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight.
For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposite before producing and the balance paid before/against delivery.(we accept third party inspection before delivery)

A2: Usually it deliver within 7-15days after receive payment .But it depends on order quantity and season finally.

Q5: How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Q6: How to get a sample and lead time for sample?

A6: For most products,we will provide sample by free and lead time is 1-2 working days.But client pay express charge.
Also for some more expensive item and OEM samples, Pls check the exact cost with us separately.
Q7: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A7: For those customers, who has express account can use your account and samples by freight collected.
For those customers, who do not have any express account, we will calculate the charge and you can pay the freight charge to our account.

A10: We are the source factory, specializing in various toothbrush bristles, industrial special bristles and hair strands, including PA612, PA66, PA46, PBT, PP and other multi-material products. We also provide antibacterial, temperature-sensitive and biodegradable functional bristles.
Q11: Are the bristles customizable?

A11: Full-dimensional customization is supported. The raw material formula, bristle diameter hardness and rebound performance can be adjusted. Special processes such as irregular cross-section, rounding or sharpening, and segmented color matching can also be developed.
Q12: Can sample testing be provided? How long is the sample production cycle?

A12: Sample service is supported. For regular products, the sample production speed is fast. For custom products with new formulas or special processes, we will evaluate the process and inform the accurate sample production time.
Q13: Is the product batch quality stable?

A13: The factory has a complete full-process quality control system. We strictly control the bristle diameter tolerance, color and physical properties to reduce batch differences and ensure the stability of the product quality.
Q14: Do you accept small batch orders? What is the minimum order quantity?

A14: We consider both small batch trial production and large batch supply. During the new product stage, small orders can be tested. After the product is finalized, we can provide long-term stable supply. The minimum order quantity is 200 kg.
Q15: Does new product development provide technical support?

A15: We provide full-cycle technical services to assist customers in material selection, process debugging and performance testing, shortening the new product development cycle and reducing trial and error costs.
Q16: How to choose the appropriate bristle material for industrial scenarios?

A16: For high-temperature resistance, PA66 can be selected. For ultra-high temperature resistance, PA46 is recommended. For cleaning, PP is suitable. We will provide an exclusive selection plan based on your actual working conditions.
