Made of brand-new modified virgin PBT polyester chips with a soft-touch high-resilience formula specially for toothbrush bristles and manufactured via innovative single-tapering technology, these filaments achieve a tapering rate above 90%. The ultra-soft tip diameter is less than 0.01 mm, featuring upright tips, uniform taper and stable dimensional control. Meanwhile, they retain PBT's inherent advantages of ultra-low water absorption and excellent hydrophobicity, resisting bacterial growth under long-term humid conditions. They are compatible with copper-free tufting processes and deliver excellent finished-product appearance.
