Product Introduction
This modified PA66 bristle is the mainstream general-purpose raw material for medium-high-temperature applications in the nylon series. Its performance sits between PA6 and PA46, balancing cost-effectiveness and long-term stable heat resistance. No hazardous substances leach out from the virgin substrate. Functional masterbatches including antibacterial, negative-ion, anti-static, flame-retardant and bamboo-charcoal can be integrated via co-extrusion. It is suitable for hair-dressing hot-air styling combs, high-temperature range-hood cleaning brushes, light-duty high-temperature polishing roller brushes and oven-cleaning tools.
