Independently developed by Donggang, Nylon 46 brush filament is a premium special-purpose bristle material with top-tier heat resistance across the full nylon product range. Unlike PA6 and modified PA66 which suffer heat-resistant limitations, Nylon 46 bristles are one-step co-extruded with dedicated high-temperature-resistant masterbatch. Boasting a melting point as high as 295℃, Nylon 46 filaments retain stiffness and rigidity for 48 consecutive hours under working temperatures of 210-260℃, featuring extremely low water absorption and outstanding fracture resistance.
